In 2004, Dr. Moore opened his dermatology practice in Elkhart, Indiana, with a commitment to providing exceptional care to his community. As his practice grew and he began working with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), he recognized a significant challenge: there was no structured pathway for APPs to gain comprehensive training in dermatology, a specialty that demands both precision and expertise.

Motivated to bridge this gap, Dr. Moore developed a systematic approach to dermatology education and spent the next decade refining it through hands-on mentorship and training. Along the way, he personally guided more than 30 APPs, helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to provide high-quality patient care.

What began as an internal training program evolved into a comprehensive educational framework that has supported the professional development of hundreds of APPs, physicians, and dermatology professionals since 2015.
